Hi Alan,

Just wanted to say thanks for the call the other day.

The guys did a great job with the trees and cleaning up afterwards. I’ve had a number of people comment on well they left the place.

Also want to say thank you for your customer service. It’s been brilliant and makes organising such a job so much easier.

I appreciate your attention to detail.

Thanks again.

We were recently contracted to undertake tree removal works at a property in Stirling. We encountered a number of problems in carrying out the works, which included, the challenging gradient of the site, the small size of the site in accommodating the plant required and the landing area for falling tree material. After assessing the works and utilising our experience and skills, we put a methodology into place which allowed us to carry out the works safely and efficiently.

Another issue that we faced, was the fact that some of the trees were dead, but could not be felled or accessed by machinery. These required the climbers to anchor into neighbouring trees to safely sectional fell the dead ones. Once the dead trees were gone we then proceeded to sectionally dismantle the 100ft + radiata pines. This required a systematic approach to allow us to stock pile the large trunks on site, before pick up and to ensure they were not in the drop zone for other trees to be removed. Trees without a clear drop zone near the house and power lines required us to use our lowering devices and techniques. This slowed up the productivity, but the need to work safely prevailed. When branch and foliage material was on the ground, we used our excavator with grapple, to carry the material down the slope to be fed through our chipper. All trunks were felled on site once they were at a height that did not exceed the distance to the boundary fence. Once the trunks were down, we proceeded to cut them to a size required by the sawmill and stacked them, behind 2 stumps to prevent them rolling down the slope. On completion of this we used a crane truck to remove the logs from site. This was undertaken in 2 loads weighing in at nearly 4 tonne.

With the methodology we used and the plant selected to carry out the works our field staff were able to undertake works without risk or incidents and complete the job in a efficiently and to the customers satisfaction. Please refer to the video for a word from the client…

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your email, yes I would like to say I was very impressed with your professional approach to the job. I received all the documents relating to insurance cover straight away.

I was happy to see your team had safety harnesses, and it was helpful to receive the ticked photographs confirming which trees were being removed. It gave me (your customer) peace of mind, and no mess was left in the garden.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

Thanks for a job well done.

Dear Adam thank you for your email.

I highly commend the team sent to the job at 28 Chambers St Henley Beach. The work was completed with a minimum of disruption to the surrounding garden, in a prompt , courteous and efficient manner.

I will be in contact in 2-3 weeks with regard to the further quoted work, and please feel free to pass on my highest recommendation for your Company and team to any prospective clients.

Cheers for now,

Peter J Kelly

Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. We were very happy with the service which was provided by the team from initial contact through to the work being carried out. The team conducted themselves in a very professional manner. We had advised our preferred date for the work to be carried out at short notice and the team were able to accommodate our request.

It was also a lovely gesture for the company to sponsor a day though our Angel for a Day program after having searched our website to learn more about what our organisation does. We would highly recommend the company or use them again if the need arises.

Kind regards,

Zorica S

Hi Alan

Just a quick email to thank you for your prompt and efficient service regarding some tree maintenance on our property at Lower Mitcham.
We were impressed by your professional approach and the three work men were friendly, hard working and obliging young men.

I would be happy to use your services again and I already have passed your name onto a family member.

Many thanks

Dear Alan,

As you know, the decision to remove the stately golden elm in my front garden was not an easy one but with the risk of branches falling on passers-by and further damage to the foundations of my home, it was the only practical course.

Given my sadness at losing the tree, the excellent team you sent to carry out the job made the whole process much easier. Pleasant and co-operative, they were all good but particular thanks to Mark who sure-footedly scaled the tree and dispatched branches, boughs and trunk with seemingly effortless ease. And, to Wayne who took great care to grind the stump and do a final clean up.

To single out these outstanding contributors is not to undermine the fact that it was a team effort by all four involved and it was clear that they all operated together like a well-oiled machine, clearing up as they went and leaving both my garden and the street in tidy condition.

I also appreciated the care they took not to disturb other plants in the garden as they diligently went about their work.

Thank you and congratulations to all involved for a job well-done. It’s been money well-spent.

I would like to say a big thanks to Alan and his staff for his help with quotes and issues we have with our jobs from time to time.

What I like the most is the great advice I get from him, and the prompt quotes that are clear and simple to understand.

In my business this means a lot

Dear Alan,

Thank you and your staff for a job well done. We could not be more pleased with both the work carried out and the professional, polite nature of the workers. You should be proud of them.

We would hardly have known they had worked given how clean and tidy everything was left.

Please pass on our thanks. We certainly recommend your company to friends.

Kind Regards

We had a very old 5m pencil pine tree in our front yard disrupting the nearby brick fence.

1300 4 TREES came immediately when we rang, gave an immediate (and best) quote for its removal and stump grub, and did the job within days of our confirmation.

They did the removal of the tree and stump quickly and efficiently, and tidied up everything at the end, leaving the site clean and neat. Their staff were great: efficient, polite, friendly and very helpful.

As you can see were very pleased with the whole process, and will use them again.

Thoroughly recommended.
